Our Mission

Blue Bridge Management was established in 2015 to assist homeowners manage, sell, and rent their homes to both long-term tenants and vacation-goers without going through the stress of the process.

Our team of experienced marketing coordinators, rental counselors, and auxiliary personnel is skilled at offering renters and property owners modern tools, advice, and assistance they need to find their next home, get away for a while, or generate passive income by renting out their properties.

George has more than 30 years of real estate investment and management experience. Prior to co- founding Blue Bridge Management, Mr. Alexandrou has held leadership roles at Gemini Funding and Twin Circle Properties where he was directly responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing more than 200 transactions with a market capitalization of more than $150 million. Mr. Alexandrou received a BA in Economics from Boston College.

John has more than 20 years of real estate investment, management, development, and leasing experience. Prior to co-founding Blue Bridge Management, Mr. Raptis was an Executive Vice President of a Retail Group involved with Saks Fifth Ave, Bloomingdales and various other large retail organizations. His responsibilities oversaw managing over $180mil in retail & Lease holdings.

Sara, a Greenville native, is a seasoned property manager with over a decade of experience in residential and commercial property management. Specializing in community development, she has successfully overseen homeowners’ associations, resident relations, and both long-term and short-term rentals, including Airbnbs. Her expertise in boosting property value, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency guarantees exceptional service for property owners and tenants alike.

Majeed (Tito), a former Marine, successfully transitioned into real estate investing while building a 10-year career at Amazon. After being medically retired, Tito pursued financial independence through real estate, acquiring properties in strategic locations and generating passive income. His military background equipped him with the discipline, leadership, and strategic thinking needed to navigate the complexities of the real estate market. Balancing his career at Amazon with his real estate ventures, Tito continues to expand his portfolio with BBM.

Jackob, born and raised in the Pacific North West, decided to try the East Coast for a change, now living in Upstate South Carolina since 2021. He has been immersed in the construction industry for the past seven years, where he gained extensive experience in various trades. From full home renovations to specializing in commercial electrical work. He has understanding of both residential and commercial construction.

Savanna, a Greenville local, facilitates data-driven company initiatives. With ten years experience in advertising and eCommerce, she understands how to strategically market your property to the right audience for online discoverability. Working in tandem with the home owners and the property management team at Blue Bridge Management, she will make sure your property has the market visibility it deserves.
